What is Cygnet Coaching?

Cygnet Coaching is a personal and executive coaching service aimed at helping anyone who wants to reach their goals or is going through transitions and seeks to change something in their life, however big or small.

How Does the Coaching Process Work?

During the coaching process individuals are given the space and time to explore what they want from their lives and to address the changes they need to make.  It is a simple yet powerful process based on the belief the individual is best placed to make decisions about their life. 

My role as your coach is to help you gain clarity and insight, to help you find your own way forward and to keep you focused and motivated in reaching your goals.  I do this through powerful questioning, focused listening and recognised coaching techniques. Together we will explore your own reality, what's really important to you and where you would like to be.  We will identify blocks and habitual thinking and explore possible ways to overcome them that suit you to enable you to move forward.  I will support you in developing a realistic action plan and hold you accountable for its achievement.  Coaching will help you develop new skills and understanding that can be used in all areas of your life. 

For coaching to be truly successful you must be prepared to come with an open curious mind,  to work hard, be comfortable with being challenged and be ready for self reflection.  Mutual trust and respect is key.  It is essential that we both feel comfortable working together.  I therefore offer a free 30 minute coaching session to see if we connect, to give you the opportunity to ask further questions and to see whether hiring me as a coach is something you would like to do.  

How many sessions?

A typical coaching session can last between 60 to 90 minutes.  This can take place face to face, over the phone or on line via Skype or Zoom.   The number of sessions depends very much on the individual, their time commitments and how they perceive progress through their transition. Optimum outcomes are usually achieved in four to six sessions.

Coaching packages are developed to your personal situation and are tailored depending upon location, format, professional or personal focus and nature of the desired goals.

How much does it cost?

Pricing packages are available on request but typically for personal coaching the costs are as follows:

£60 for a one hour session

£80 for an hour and a half session

I offer discounts for advanced block bookings:

£200  (4 x 60 min. session)

£280 (4 x 90min. session)
